TERROIR
These vines are cultivated on two plateaux between 300 and 400 meters above sea level, right above the hill producing the Grand Crus from the Côte de Nuits.
Vinification: The grapes were harvested by hand in September, and immediately pressed upon arrival in a pneumatic press. The juice settled for one night before starting alcoholic and malo-lactic fermentation in French oak barrels. The wine was then fined and filtered before being bottled.
